Jeff leads Enhanced Customer Protections and supports the merger of Frontier for security and integration. Jeff served as the Verizon Consumer Group (VCG) Business Information Security Officer (BISO), leading the team responsible for enabling the business and protecting VCG customers by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks across VCG business processes and systems. Jeff was also Senior Director in the Verizon Consumer Group (VCG) BISO team, responsible for Control development, system improvements, risk analysis, and system implementation. In 25+ years with Verizon, Jeff has held positions in Verizon in Network, Operations, and Risk Management with both domestic and international responsibilities on a wide variety of technologies and services.

Jeff holds a BSEE from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) and is credited with multiple Verizon patents. At home, Jeff is a father of three boys and 25-year husband to his real hero, Allison. Outside the office, Jeff and his family contribute energy and time to both skin cancer / melanoma research and epilepsy (specifically childhood early-onset) research.
