Molly W. Rubenstein is Senior Chapter Liaison for the Americas at the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), where she works to strengthen cross-sector collaboration across industries and public sector institutions to combat scams across the region. In this role, she supports the growth and coordination of GASA’s regional chapters and partnerships, helping stakeholders share best practices, align policy approaches, and develop practical solutions to protect consumers and hold scammers accountable.

Molly focuses on building relationships and highlighting evidence-based successes to motivate coordinated, collective action against globalized scam threats—such that policy, enforcement, and operational responses can meet the challenge of the swiftly-evolving scam landscape.

Previously to her work at GASA, Molly convened public and private sector leaders to advance the U.S. national strategy to address fraud and scams as part of the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program’s National Task Force on Fraud and Scam Prevention. Across her professional career, she has designed and facilitated convenings of diverse stakeholders and communities of practice to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
