Bill’s expertise lies in network engineering, optimization, business analytics, and regulatory compliance with a focus on cost reduction and margin management. Prior to Somos, Mr. LaRuffa served as Executive Director of Business Analytics at TEOCO, a leading provider of analytics, assurance, and optimization solutions to more than 300 communication service providers (CSPs) and OEMs worldwide. Mr. LaRuffa has also held senior positions at AT&T, XO Communications, and Nortel Networks.
