Chirag is a veteran of the mobile industry. Inspired by his own personal experience, he founded Zumigo in 2011 with the mission to prevent and detect identity fraud in real-time using mobile number and associated account information. He has since helped establish Zumigo as a leading global digital identity verification and authentication provider, enabling financial institutions, e-commerce merchants, and enterprises to establish trust when interacting with their consumers.

Before founding Zumigo, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Verisign Mobile Messaging business. He joined Verisign via the acquisition of Unimobile, where he was Founder and COO. At Verisign, he built a world-class scalable and robust wireless platform to drive significant revenue for mobile operators and enterprises globally. His other experience includes General Manager at EFI, where he built a successful Network Graphics Server Business Unit; Director at Apple, responsible for the LaserWriter line of products; and Engineering Director at Rolm Corp, developing distributed PBX switch software.
