As a Global Affairs leader, I drive responsible innovate as the head Google APAC's Trust & Safety Global Engagements, leading a long term engagement strategy on online safety with policymakers, safety experts, industry leaders and civil society organisations. These encompass areas including AI safety, AI responsibility, kids & family safety, content moderation, misinfo/disinfo, elections integrity and fraud/scams. Collectively, I build stakeholder and user confidence through responsible innovation.

Formerly in Meta, I led a cross cultural team of nine partner managers from six nationalities, and was responsible for building strategic partnerships and alliances with governments, political and non-profit partners. This includes enabling digital transformation through product and policy rollouts across Meta Platform's family of solutions, and protecting Meta's business and mitigates risks through turnkey escalations / issues management in both external client facing outreach, and co-leading cross-functional collaborations with product, business integrity, operations and policy teams.

Prior to that, I was a venture builder helping nascent pre Series-A deep technology startups in AI, future-mobility and healthcare secure go-to-market access and grow their advisory / mentoring boards.

Strong advocate for a safer internet and open to speaking and mentoring opportunities.

Currently appointed as a board member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance's local chapter. Previously served two terms as the President and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Society and one term as a steering committee member for Singapore's Mentoring Alliance for Action.
