After serving as a Captain in the Singapore Special Forces, Danny transitioned to the private sector, developing and training law enforcement and military units worldwide through Britam Defense. At Olive Group, he provided security solutions to Fortune 500 companies, governments, and NGOs across four continents.

As Director of Global Risk Assessments at WorldAware International Inc., Danny delivered operational intelligence and risk management solutions to Fortune 2000 companies. He is a respected spokesperson, frequently appearing on major news networks.

At Marriott International Inc., Danny managed crises ranging from terrorist attacks to natural disasters, developing a renowned crisis management program. In 2019, he joined Mastercard International Inc. as Senior Consultant for Security Monitoring and Response, leading security initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic and serving as Regional Chief Information Security Officer for Asia Pacific.

Danny holds influential positions on several global boards and actively mentors emerging leaders. He also dedicates time to community service as an Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and spearheads the “Making a Difference” initiative.
