Caitlin Baker is the Director for Content Policy at Google, where she leads global efforts on content governance, safety, and regulatory engagement. With a background in national security and tech policy, she brings over a decade of experience in high-impact public and private sector roles.

Before joining Google, Caitlin held senior leadership positions at Meta, including Global Director for Strategic Response Policy. She also served in the U.S. government as Middle East Policy Advisor to the Vice President, Director for Jordan and Lebanon at the National Security Council, and Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense. Caitlin holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
