Nathaniel Gleicher is a senior executive leading cross-company initiatives to address adversarial threats, manage high-level negotiations with government and industry partners, and respond to emerging security challenges.

An engineer and lawyer by training, Nathaniel operates at the intersection of technology, policy, and law. He has taught computer programming, built and secured networks, prosecuted cybercrime at the U.S. Department of Justice, and served as Director for Cybersecurity Policy at the White House National Security Council. In that role, he shaped U.S. policy on encryption, cyber deterrence, internet governance, and network security.

Following his government service, he led cybersecurity strategy at Illumio and currently serves as Global Head of Security Policy and Counter-Fraud at Meta, driving efforts to enhance platform safety and resilience.
