Xue Yin Peh is a seasoned Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) practitioner with expertise in blockchain analysis and threat actor TTPs. Currently an Intelligence Analyst at Chainalysis, she specialises in identifying and investigating illicit crypto activities, with a focus on scam operations and underground financial networks in Southeast Asia.

Previously, Xue Yin held senior roles at Digital Shadows and the Singapore Ministry of Defence, where she led OSINT and SOCMINT operations, and supported counterterrorism intelligence efforts. She holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Singapore Management University, and has presented alongside UNODC and policy experts on the evolving crypto crime landscape.
