With over 15 years of experience in enforcement, compliance, consumer protection, and telecommunications policy, Jayde has shaped some of Australia’s most prominent public-facing initiatives, including Scamwatch.

Prior to her current role, she held senior positions at the ACCC and the Australian Communications and Media Authority, and has been instrumental in cross-sector efforts to reduce scam harm. A qualified lawyer and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jayde also serves as a Trust Member on the Mornington Peninsula Cemetery Trust and has a longstanding commitment to community service.
