He has overseen IFRS 9 implementation, ICAAP coordination, and the development of credit scorecards and stress testing frameworks for wholesale and retail portfolios.

He is also the Co-Founder of Tiga Pilar Media, a firm delivering digital media and branding solutions. A certified expert in creative thinking and risk strategy, Fath has volunteered extensively in CSR and community education initiatives.
