Hannah Green is the Project Director for Online Fraud Strategy at Ofcom, where she leads the regulator’s efforts to combat online fraud through the implementation of the Online Safety Act. Since joining Ofcom in 2022, Hannah has played a key role in shaping its approach to tackling scam communications and digital fraud, stepping into her current leadership role in 2024.

Before joining Ofcom, Hannah spent over a decade in financial services regulation, primarily at the Bank of England, where she developed deep expertise in regulatory policy.

Hannah brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of technology, regulation, and public protection — making her a leading voice in the fight against online fraud.
