Frances Yong is the founder of White Byte, a company which helps underserved communities be part of a safer & inclusive cyber ecosystem through digital literacy education programmes and cyber safety workshops. Their education curriculum relies on first hand expertise in fraud risk and cybercrime risk management with psychology and research-based insights to make scam prevention education alive and relevant. Strategically using a 'whole-of-society' approach, White Byte organises individuals from different walks of life and experience as volunteers into different programmes. Regardless of students, mid-career women, working professionals or retirees, White Byte proves that anyone can be an anti-scam advocate to support the community in scam awareness.

White Byte is the winner in the Anti-Scam Category of the global Money Awareness and Inclusion Awards (MAIA) 2025 with over 200 entries from more than 40 countries; and its founder, Frances Yong, is a nominated candidate for Singapore's Top 100 Women in Tech 2025 honor list.
