Reski Damayanti is the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), one of Indonesia’s largest telecommunications companies. With over 20 years of experience in legal and regulatory affairs across multinational corporations, she specializes in corporate governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Since joining IOH in 2022, she has been at the forefront of initiatives leveraging technology to strengthen digital safety, including leading as Chairwoman of the Indonesia Chapter of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) to advance scam prevention and promote responsible AI use in the telecom sector.

Recognized among the Most Powerful Women in Business by SWA Magazine and twice named in the GC Powerlist Southeast Asia by Legal 500, Reski has also received the In-House Lawyer of the Year award from HukumOnline. Beyond her corporate role, she actively champions women’s leadership and digital literacy through programs like IOH’s SheHacks and serves as Treasurer of the Indonesian Telecommunications Providers Association (ATSI) and Advisory Board Member of Make-A-Wish Indonesia.
