Started by the ASEAN foundation in collaboration with Microsoft, the ASEAN Cybersecurity Skilling Programme (ASEAN CSP) is an initiative to raise awareness on cybersecurity issues in ASEAN, to help the ASEAN Community to become literate on cybersecurity, and to eventually combat cybercrimes in the region through the development of human resources.​

To strengthen their efforts across the region, Bamboo Builders was brought onto the ASEAN CSP as an implementing partner, helping to develop local trainers by educating them and empowering them to conduct further training sessions for their own communities.​
