With over 25 years of leadership experience across APAC, I partner with enterprises, scale-ups, and startups to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer relationships. I have a proven track record of exceeding revenue and budget targets, leading high-performing teams, and executing strategic partnerships across payments, identity, agritech, and digital commerce.

As the General Manager of APAC for Braintree (a PayPal company), I led the regional expansion, scaling the business from zero to $6+ billion in annual processing volume. I built and developed a high-performing team from a single contributor to 50+ staff across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, driving business development, account management, marketing, and legal operations. I also pioneered strategic partnerships that accelerated growth, including the launch of a globally adopted partnership program and securing high-value processing deals with Telstra, The Iconic, BP, Sportsbet, Ladbrokes, and many more.

Currently, I provide strategic advisory and business development expertise to leading organisations. My recent projects include working to optimise payments strategy, lead RFP processes, and drive operational efficiencies, delivering multi-million-dollar cost savings. I also advise Pairtree on go-to-market strategies for agritech API services, with a focus on production reporting and ESG. Additionally, I have consulted for GSMA, Stripe, Ant Financial, Uber, LEGO, Ooredoo, KPMG, and EY Parthenon, helping them navigate payments, digital commerce, and emerging market opportunities.
