As online fraud and digital scams scale in sophistication across the APAC region and globally, governments are moving rapidly to introduce regulation for online fraud, frequently expressed through codes of practice and other tools. However, addressing transnational, AI-enabled fraud, particularly across complex, fast-moving ecosystems like digital advertising, social platforms, and with links to financial payment rails, cannot be achieved by static rulebooks alone.

This 90-minute executive forum seeks to bring out how best ensure effective regulatory-industry cooperation in the fight against fraud. It establishes a constructive, two-way platform for leading regulators and global industry operators to move past defensive compliance and co-design workable, agile defenses against online fraud.
