Arthur Langellier is a Cyber Strategy Officer at INTERPOL’s Cybercrime Directorate, where he plays a key role in advancing the organization’s engagement with international cyber policy processes and strategic partnerships. He has contributed to INTERPOL’s involvement in the negotiations of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime and currently helps drive the work of the INTERPOL Cybercrime Expert Group.
Previously, Arthur worked at INTERPOL’s Innovation Centre, where he launched the Future of Policing initiative and coordinated the STRATalks Futures Network, a global foresight community of law enforcement officers.
He holds a MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a LL.M. in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity, and International Law from the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI).
