Online scams are evolving rapidly across Europe, affecting consumers, businesses, and public institutions at scale. Fraud networks operate across borders, exploit regulatory gaps, and adapt quickly to new technologies, making scams a growing threat to digital trust and economic stability.

The Global Anti-Scam Summit Europe 2026 will take place on the 9th and 10th of June at the Convento do Beato in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Summit will bring together leaders from government, regulation, law enforcement, financial services, technology, consumer protection, and cybersecurity to strengthen Europe’s response to scams.

Across two days, participants will join plenary sessions, panels, workshops, and focused exchanges on emerging scam typologies, victim protection, policy responses, data sharing, and the role of technology and AI in prevention and disruption.

Scams do not respect borders. The Summit provides a platform for stakeholders across Europe and globally to share intelligence, align strategies, and work towards stronger, more coordinated action against online fraud.
